what the container holds
each day has its own rhythm. anchored in a few consistent practices.
Himalayan Kriya. Daily devotional and breath-based practice to bring the work out of the mind and into the body.
Silence. Periods of Noble Silence create space for the inner experience to deepen without immediately turning it into conversation.
Inquiry. Individual reflection, journaling, paired work and group exploration allow what is beneath the surface to become visible.
Ceremony. Sage blessing, fire offering, chant and ritual give the inner work a physical and symbolic language.
Jyotish. The sacred science of timing, alignment and self-understanding offers another lens through which to see the shape and rhythm of your path. Group teachings are woven into the immersion; individual chart readings are available separately.
Nature. The Goa countryside becomes part of the container, offering moments to step away from the structure and simply be.
Food as practice. Meals are designed as part of the experience — nourishing, Satvik, and responsive to the body's needs across the journey.
Dance. Because transformation is not complete when we understand something. It must also be lived, felt and embodied.
a glimpse of the days
each day has its own rhythm. anchored in a few consistent practices.

Arrival · Release Begins
Arrive. Settle. Eat. Breathe.
A sage blessing consecrates the space and the container. We gather for our opening circle, begin to name the stories we have been performing, and enter the journey together.
Each participant creates a sealed offering representing what they are ready to release. The fire comes later. The first night is about arriving.
-
Release
The deepest day of inquiry. Pooja. Kriya. Journaling. Breathwork.
Family-of-origin patterns. Fear. Responsibility. The stories we have inherited and the ones we have continued to perform.
Individual and small-group work allows what has been held privately to be witnessed. At night, what has been named is carried to the fire. Then silence.
-
Remember
The story has been set down. Now we ask a different question: who is actually here?
A deep morning practice opens into satsang, contemplation and teachings around the nature of self, consciousness and dharma. There is space to walk, rest, journal and simply be.
The day closes with chant. The silence remains, but begins to breathe.
-
Reveal
A quieter, more inward day. Kriya. Contemplation. Simpler nourishment.
An encounter with mortality. The three questions invite us to look directly at what matters when everything unnecessary falls away.
Then the silence lifts. Dress up. Come alive. Dance.
-
Design
The final morning. Kriya. Nature. Reflection.
A Future-Self letter. A closing circle. A chance to name what has become clear and what you are choosing to carry forward.
And an invitation into whatever comes next.
Who This Is For
BINDU is for you if:
You are done playing small
You are done fooling yourself and outsourcing your growth to 'experts'
You are done doubting and not trusting your own power
You are ready and willing to surrender — to your own inner knowing
You are willing to look honestly, even when it's uncomfortable
You are curious about what becomes possible when you stop trying to become someone and begin listening to who you already are
You are ready to take radical responsibility for what is yours to choose, without needing to deny what has shaped you
You do not need prior meditation or breathwork experience.
All you need is a willingness to participate fully, to let go of conditioned layers, to be uncomfortable at times, and to meet yourself honestly.
What You Will Leave With
Not a certificate. Not another collection of things to fix.
Something quieter…
A clearer sense of who you are beyond the stories
A deeper understanding of what truly matters to you
A personal vision, expressed in your own words
Practices you can continue at home
The experience of being witnessed deeply and honestly and without performance - perhaps for the very first time
An intimate community of people who shared the journey with you
Most importantly: a clearer relationship with your own knowing.
An Intimate, Intentionally Held Container
BINDU is not designed for scale.
The group will be limited to approximately 16–20 participants, allowing the experience to remain intimate and personal. We will be held in a private home in the Goa countryside, away from the beaches and the busyness of the season.
A place to wake before sunrise.
To practice. To eat together.
To walk. To sit in silence.
To have difficult conversations.
To laugh. To dance.
To remember that life is happening now.

The Invitation
You are a creative being. Every breath you take is creating the life you are experiencing.
Your thoughts, your words, your actions are crystallizing a life that you perhaps believe is happening to you.
You are sincere. Genuinely working hard, ticking every box that society and culture told you would lead to success.
You have even tasted success, yet find yourself asking: "is this it?"
It isn't success you are after, but a feeling state you have come to believe success will deliver.
If you have been looking outward for a solution, you already know it doesn’t last. The answer you seek lies within you.
There is a point of absolute stillness within you that already knows. It is the point from which everything you create emanates.
Perhaps you’ve known that all along too. But simply haven’t had the tools to get silent enough, still enough to touch that point.
And when you do - to know what questions to ask. And then to shut up… and truly listen.
BINDU
An immersion built around returning to that still point within you.
Not to create a new self. But to remember the one that was never actually lost.
BINDU is for sincere seekers, leaders, change-makers, entrepreneurs, who are ready
to stop searching outside themselves, to get crystal clear on the deepest kernel of their heart’s desire,
and consciously create the life they want to build.
BINDU will call you forward to step into your most authentic power and expression - boldly, fully, unapologetically.
It is designed to systematically dismantle the conditioned mask you have been hiding behind. And that work is not for the faint of heart.
Rest assured - if you are ready and willing - you will be held in a fiercely loving container throughout.
If you are ready to step out of the roles, stories and expectations that have shaped your life,
listen deeply to what is true within you, and begin creating a life from that place, we want you.
If this spoke to you - and you have questions - we want to hear from you.
or
If you are ready to commit to building the life you have always wanted -
we invite you to apply to join the immersion below.
Vision
The inspiration behind BINDU is the vision articulated in this TEDx talk.
It is the first step - the ignition point - within SWAHA, a longer, deeper container.
BINDU’s goal is singular: unwavering clarity.
Through ancient stillness practices and the modern principles of conscious creation, BINDU guides you toward the highest vision already living within you.
Space intentionally limited.
