Ecstatic dance is the modern expression of this sacred portal, while the breath is the living key that unlocks the door - inviting us to surrender fully into its magic.
Ecstatic Dance Meets Breathwork
You begin anchored in the masculine energy of Himalayan Kriya and mantra: your breath becomes the anchor grounding you into deep presence.
Think of it as building the scaffolding for a spaceship to launch. The structure is not the destination — it is what makes the launch possible. The Kriya builds the container, orients the vessel, and creates the precise conditions needed for liftoff.
